Erin Lofton (b. 1964) is a visionary American artist in a unique genre. Her paintings are interpretations and explorations of beauty and chaos, of dreams and visions.  The work explores themes of Nature, Mysticism, & Romance and the transitory nature of life, death, & rebirth. Born and raised in Chicago, Lofton studied fashion design, painting, and sculpture at the Otis Art Institute of Parsons School of Design in Los Angeles during the 1980s.
